Series #Jhilmil Van

It was a beautiful morning at Jhilmil Van. Sun was shining brightly. All the insects and animals were busy in their work. Some were bathing and enjoying in the pond while others were arranging for food.

There was a Prince mosquito. His name was Mockey. He was flying and playing with other mosquito friends.

There he saw a trail of ants. He found them very active and fast. He felt that there was no need of it. Mockey asked his friends that when food is available everywhere, why to store it like ants. His friends replied that ants were known for their hard work and activeness.

Mockey thought to make fun of ants. He wanted to see their storage of food also. He asked his friends to paint his wings black and to make him look like an ant.
He joined ants’ trail. They were carrying wheat grains to their hole. Ants were very busy in the work. They didn’t notice Mockey mosquito walking with them.
Mockey also did hard work for sometime but soon he started flying and spreading wheat grains.

Oonie ant was very smart and sharp minded. She noticed Mockey flying. She shared it with her friends that there was a mosquito among them who was acting as an ant.
Oonie planned for something and all ants laughed loudly.
Oonie walked fast. She asked for help and tried to take wheat from Mockey’s hands. Mockey got busy with her. Meanwhile, other ants put honey on Mockey’s wings. He wasn’t aware. He started insulting ants. He told them stupid workers of King and Queen. He said that mosquitoes ate healthy and fresh but ants ate stored and stale food.
Mockey tried to open his wings but he was unable to fly. He got puzzled.

Oonie kicked Mockey from back. He rolled down on the slope. He became a sticky ball of mud because of honey and couldn’t fly.

Mockey ended in the nostril of a sleeping dog. The dog sneezed. Mockey was thrown in the dirty ear of a buffalo. Mockey found it very scary and was about to go in the dark hole of ear.
Suddenly buffalo flapped her ears. Mockey was thrown at the chin of a frog that was searching for food.
Oonie asked her friends to follow. She wanted to save Mockey’s life.
The frog found Mockey sweet because of honey. He thought that God had gifted him a sweet mosquito in breakfast.

The frog opened his mouth to eat it. At the very same time Oonie climbed at frog’s back. He felt itching and slipped into water. Both frog and Mockey were invisible.
Oonie threw a dry leaf in the water and sang…
‘Food is stored, work is done
Still we’re active, having fun,
If parents are dear and you’re talented
Rush to come out, fly or run.’
Mockey came out instantly and took a deep breath. He climbed at dry leaf.

No matter how the journey started but Oonie and Mockey became close friends.
